Job Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
2. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Update customer details in the CRM system.
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
6. Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility

1. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. Customer-focused attitude.
